Raking

Raking / Combing

Course length is approximately 9am till 12 noon.

This workshop will be part demonstration and part hands on experience. Marc will demonstrate the art of glass combing or raking as it is sometimes called. Initially he will go through the necessary safety requirements for safe glass combing.

The cost of the course is $65.

You will be required to bring a completed test tile 30 x 30cms to the studio prior to the class. This will then be fired to temperature for you to rake on the day.

The following week you will be able to return to the studio to cut and shape or fuse your piece for a further cost of $65.
